Half-Masted Gets Busy with Private Show Requests!
Half-Masted 3.2 is having a great time signing dates for private shows
and gatherings all around Eastern Iowa. Some people are booking out as
far as a year in advance! We are very honored to be chosen as entertainment
for such a wonderful variety of events!

Half-Masted Performs at the NEXUS in Cedar Rapids, By Invitation!
The troupe was asked to perform at the NEXUS in Cedar Rapids and introduce
Cedar Rapidians to the fun that is live improvisational comedy. The show
went well and even Dr. Doug Shaw got up on stage and, for the first time,
performed with the troupe he directs.

Half-Masted Presents Workshop and Performs for
Writers in the Middle Conference
Just before the Thanksgiving holiday Half-Masted 3.2 travelled to Lamoni,
Iowa to participate in the Writers in the Workshop conference. After working
with the young participants in groups the troupe performed at the closing
of the conference in lieu of a keynote speaker.

Half-Masted 3.2 Performs to Sold Out Crowds
Half Masted returned to the UNI's wonderful interpreter's theater for
four shows at the end of October. They debuted "Shakespeare"
in addition to performing other structures, old and new. Even on Halloween
night Half-Masted 3.2 filled the house. We apologize to everyone who was
not able to get in, and we hope that you'll give us another chance at
our next show.

CVEA Reviews Half-Masted 3.2
The Cedar
Valley Entertainment Authority (CVEA) web site published a review
of Half-Masted saying we go "...beyond the game-style limitations
of Whose Line..." and have "...originality and talent..."

Half-Masted Performs in Amanas at ICA Conference
Half-Masted 3.2 performed as the headlining entertainment to the awards
ceremony at the Iowa Communications Association conference in the Amana
Colonies. As part of the show the troupe performed, for the first time,
their original structure: "Beat Box".

The Waterloo Courier Likes Us
Half Masted 3.2 debuted in April with three shows at UNI's wonderful Interpreter's
Theater. The Waterloo
Courier called us "funny, quick witted" and "rewarded
with constant laughter." All Hail the Waterloo Courier!
